I believe that our experiences are largely shaped by our surrounding environments. As designers, we are designing to craft these experiences and to ultimately impact our fellow members of humanity. The mark of a successful design is one that puts the needs of its users at its forefront.

I believe that as a designer I not only have the ability but the duty to create designs that enhance the lives of my clients both functionally and aesthetically. Designing with this in mind requires us to look within ourselves and acknowledge our human experience and thus empathize with the users of our designs.
