Graduate Thesis (in process)

As the shortage of healthcare professionals continues to grow within the United States, the need for new and skilled workers entering the workforce is evident. High attrition of students enrolled in healthcare programs could contribute further to this shortage. One possible reason for student attrition is their reduced well-being stemming from both personal and academic stressors. One possible solution is offering these students informal learning spaces that are designed to elevate their well-being and thus support student success.​​
